Purpose specification/Purpose of the processing

If personal data are collected, they are processed solely for specified purposes. This means that the collected data are used solely for the original purpose of the collection and are not used for any other purposes. The primary purpose for the collection, processing or use of personal data relates to consulting services and the support and conduct of purchasing and service processes. The legal ground is generally provided by your consent (point (a) of Art. 6 (1) GDPR) or in relation to the controller’s legitimate interests (point (f) of Art. 6 (1) GDPR). The legitimate interest is the controller’s interest in maintaining an internet site as a contact point for customers and potential customers.

Accessing the website:

 

When anyone accesses our website, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to the server of our website. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. Owing to the specification of purpose, reactive applications are associated solely with the advertised position. If you wish to take advantage of the opportunity to be considered for other job opportunities at TMT Taurus Meat-Trading GmbH, you should note this in your cover letter. Alternatively, you may submit an application on your own initiative, which will allow us to consider your application for various vacant positions. The data transmitted to us will be made available solely to the HR department. 

Email contact:

If you contact us by email or send queries to us, we will store your information, including the contact data you have conveyed, for the purpose of processing the query and so that we can answer any subsequent questions. We do not transfer these data to other parties without your consent. Legal ground for the processing is the taking of steps prior to entering a contract (point (b) of Art. 6 (1) GDPR).

Newsletter:

We send a newsletter to our customers in strict compliance with the GDPR (point (f) of Art. 6 (1)) in accordance with other laws (inter alia, Section 7 UWG [Act Against Unfair Competition]). If you do not wish to receive a newsletter, you need do no more than send a brief, informal email to the email address shown above. The legitimate interest we are pursuing in this case is the desire to inform our customers of our latest offers and products.

This site utilises an API to provide the map service from Google Maps. The provider is Google, Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. The Google Maps functions cannot be used without storage of your IP address. As a rule, this information is transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The provider of this site does not have any control over this data transmission. We use Google Maps in the interest of an attractive display of our online services and to enable users to find the locations shown on this website easily. This represents a legitimate interest within the sense of point (f) of Art. 6 (1) GDPR. Duration of storage:

Once the purpose for the data storage ceases to exist, the data are erased unless there are legal retention periods opposing the erasure.

Right of access:

You have the right to obtain information about your personal data at any time free of charge. We will provide this information within the legal periods (within one month/within three months for extended period (owing to complexity)). If requests from a person are obviously unfounded or if the person submits an excessively large number of requests, we will charge “reasonable remuneration” or will not provide the information (pursuant to Art. 12 (5) GDPR).

Rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, right to object and portability of data
